Nestling in an exceptional natural environment, La Bohème is the perfect place to chill out and unwind. The villa is situated at only 4 minutes by car from Ramatuelle and 10 minutes from Saint-Tropez.
This enchanting building of over 1,600 square feet is just a few hundred paces from the famous Pampelonne beach via a private path that winds through the reeds and across a little wooden bridge.
La Bohème is within an unspoilt agricultural area and surrounded by just over an acre of vines planted in the sand, with the typical Mediterranean landscape as a backdrop. The gardens are full of plane trees, eucalyptus, parasol pines and luxuriant vegetation of exotic palms… here nature reigns supreme.
And nature doesn’t stop at the door. The interior decoration has been designed in bohemian chic style, using natural materials such as wood and stone. The original soul of the villa has been preserved and given a contemporary touch with taste, refinement, and the benefit of ultra-high-end amenities.
Set in the villa’s 1.8 acres of grounds lies the generously sized pool with its views over the vines and nature as far as the eye can see.
The sleekly designed kitchen, entirely equipped with two ovens, fridge, and 2 dishwashers, is the focal point of the villa where family or friends gather to share great moments. It opens on to a terrace with a panoramic view of the Provencal vineyards on one side and the pool on the other.
