Mas de Galassa, with its almost 3,800 square feet of living space, nestles majestically in the midst of almost 5 acres of typical Mediterranean countryside. It offers the authentic charm of a Provençal farmhouse with tasteful contemporary interior spaces and ultra-high-end amenities entirely designed with comfort in mind. Ideally situated, it is only 1 minute from the legendary village of Ramatuelle and 5 minutes from the iconic Pampelonne beach.
Throughout the building, noble materials have been used to decorate the interiors with taste and refinement: terracotta or natural stone flooring, exposed beams, fireplaces in the double-height lounge and the main suite.
The exterior spaces are entirely dedicated to well-being and relaxation, with a generously sized heated pool, fountains in the gardens, terraces tiled in natural terracotta, luxurious vegetation with flowering plants around the pool lounge area, and a pétanque pitch on the hillside.
And from the edge of the Mas de Galassa grounds, a path winding its way through the fragrant Provençal scrubland makes its way up to the vine covered hills, offering a breathtaking and panoramic view of the Gulf of Saint Tropez, the Southern Alps, the Lérins islands and the bay of Cannes.
Mas de Galassa has a total of eight bedrooms, two of which have their own independent entrance in the first part of the farmhouse. All eight bedrooms offer total comfort with flat screen TV with access to international channels, private bathroom (with bath for the main suite) and WC, dressing room, safe deposit box, and all the charm of a Provençal farmhouse with natural terracotta tiles on the floor. All can be configured as doubles or twin rooms.
The main bedroom, with its floor of natural stone, measures over 323 square feet and has its own fireplace, bathroom with full bath, and private terrace.
All the French windows at Mas de Galassa frame the exterior view like so many paintings in an exhibition. The 40 x 20 foot pool is heated, and just a step away in the shade of a two hundred year old olive tree and pine trees, the pool lounge is surrounded by greenery and flowering plants.
A little further away on the hillside, a pétanque pitch is the idyllic spot to pass the long, warm, summer evenings in total communion with nature, in typical French style.
The kitchen opens on to a terrace tiled in natural terracotta, where time passes tranquilly to the sound of the tinkling of the fountain in the shade of the garden’s vegetation.
In the first part of the farmhouse, the fitness room of over 215 square feet is fully equipped to a professional level with exercise cycle, rowing machine, Concept2 weights, yoga mat and flatscreen TV.
